Data we may collect from you
We will only collect personal data where it is necessary for us to do so and if it is relevant to our dealings with you. This may include (but not be limited to) the following:

We may also ask you for information when you respond to a survey and/or when you report a problem with our Websites.

- We may ask you to complete optional surveys for outcome and research purposes.
- Details of transactions you carry out through our Websites for the fulfilment of your orders.
- Details of your visits to the Websites, App and Social Media functions, including (but not limited to), traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, and the resources that you access.
- Details of your access to our online resources or other materials.
- Providing CVs or other information about yourself for specific purposes.
- We may collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to either the EPNS Committees or our partners. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
How we use and process your data
Your data will only be used and processed for the purposes indicated when you submit the data or as detailed under this privacy policy. We will only use your personal data in a way that is fair to you and in a clear, honest and transparent way.
We use personal information held about you in the following ways:
- To update and enhance our records.
- To compile information relating to your use of our products and services and make recommendations about goods and services and other areas that may interest you.
- To ensure the content from our Websites is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and us to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.
- To provide you with information about EPNS activities and services which may interest you. If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail, SMS or App notifications) with information about goods and services like those which were the subject of a previous activity, sale or negotiations of a sale to you. If you are a new customer, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this. You may log in to your account via our website at any time to opt-in/out of such notifications by changing your preferences or you can notify us at info@epns.info .. It may take up to 21 days for the changes to come into effect and you may still receive marketing emails from us during this time.
- To invite you to participate in research or outcome studies and/or feedback about our activities.
- We may analyse your data to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you in the most appropriate way and with the most relevant information.
- To provide information about and communications from other partners, networks or members.
Disclosure of your data
We will not transfer any of your data to any third parties without your permission or unless indicated in this privacy policy or agreed by you on a form on our Websites.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties without obtaining further consent from you including:
- To our business partners, sponsors, suppliers and subcontractors for the performance of any contract we enter with you.

We will never sell your data to third parties for the purposes of marketing.
Where we store your data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This is highly unlikely and we will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we wish to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes and request your consent to these activities.
- If you wish to change your mailing preferences or opt-out of specific marketing communications sent from the EPNS, you may log in to your account at any time via our Websites or notify us at info@epns.info It may take up to 21 days for the changes to come into effect. Please note that this will not alter your current email subscription preferences. You may still receive marketing from us during this time.
Our Websites may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
Any communication through external social media platforms (such as Facebook and Twitter) that we participate on are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.
Accuracy
We will take reasonable steps to create an accurate record of any personal data you have submitted. However, we do not assume responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your personal data. You can update your personal data at any time by either logging in to your account and making amendments in the ‘I’m a Member ‘ section of our Website, emailing us at info@epns.info Please note that it will take up to 21 days for the changes to come into effect.

Our Websites use cookies to distinguish you from other users. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Websites which allows us to improve them.
