Number of participants: We are limiting numbers to 100 participants to preserve the interactive nature of the meeting. Registration will be on a strictly first come, first served basis.

Who is the training course aimed at? A practical workshop aimed at physicians. We look forward to welcoming participants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and all other countries.

Registration fee: 200 Euros per person

This includes:

  • Lunch, coffee and tea during all programmed breaks.
  • Simultaneous translation to Russian
  • Certificate for attendance

Attendees are responsible for organising and paying for their own transport and hotel accommodation.

Bursaries

The Kazakhstani Association of paediatric neurologists will be offering a limited number of bursaries.

The 3 successful bursary candidates will be selected by the committee who are reviewing the case presentations, and they will be reimbursed their full free registration (all other associated costs will need to be paid by the successful candidates).

  • Only one case presentation can be submitted per participant.
  • The training course faculty will decide when and where the case presentations will take place.
  • The submitted case must specifically relate to an item on the published programme – scroll up to see the programme.
  • All case presentation candidates will be notified of the outcome of their submission in March 2025.

Case Presentations: PowerPoint Slides Information

  • Presentations MUST NOT include patient information/pictures without the appropriate consent.
  • 5 minutes will be allocated to each presentation, plus a further 5-10 minutes to discuss with the group.
  • ***A maximum 6 PowerPoint slides *** must be submitted (including title slide).:
    • Slide 1: Title slide: Case Name, Doctor’s name, Doctor’s Hospital, location, and country.
    • Slides 2 to 4: give details of the story
    • Slide 5: differential thoughts, discussion points
    • Slide 6: summary.
