The Editor and 4 co-editors of EJPN select papers from the previous year editions of the European Journal of Paediatric Neurology (EJPN) and a jury consisting of members of the EPNS Board allocated scores based on originality / Impact on clinical care/ networks / style. The prize is free congress registration and a donation from Elsevier publishers.
Paper of the Year Award 2023
Congratulations to Kirsten Schouwstra from the Netherlands who won this award for for the EJPN article ‘Application of the Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia in toddlers’. Thank you to Kirsten for delivering a brief presentation about the article during the Opening Ceremony of the 15th EPNS Congress on 20 June 2023 in Prague. The award was presented by Professor Dimitrios Zafeiriou, EPNS Secretary & EJPN Editor-in-Chief, and Riccardo Paracampo PhD, Senior Publisher at Elsevier.
